• Manual Transfer

• Auto Transfer

The process is simple. Choose the option available to you and follow the steps below.

Option 1: Manual Wallet to Bank Transfer

Manual Transfer is suitable for users who want to send money from their Airtime2Cash wallet to their bank account with the assistance of an Admin/Agent.

How to Use Manual Transfer

1. Log in
Log in to your Airtime2Cash account.

2. Open Wallet to Bank
Go to Menu → Wallet to Bank.

3. Select Manual Transfer
Choose Manual Transfer.

4. Fill in the form
Enter your bank details and the amount you want to transfer. Make sure your bank details are correct.

5. Submit your request
Submit the transfer form and forward the request to Admin as instructed.

6. Wait for processing
The Admin/Agent will review your request and process the payment.

7. Receive your money
Once approved, the money will be transferred to your bank account.

Option 2: Auto Wallet to Bank Transfer

Auto Transfer is a faster option that allows eligible users to transfer money from their Airtime2Cash wallet directly to their bank account.

Auto Transfer is available to old and verified clients who are eligible for the service.

How to Use Auto Transfer

1. Log in
Log in to your Airtime2Cash account.

2. Open Wallet to Bank
Go to Menu → Wallet to Bank.

3. Select Auto Transfer
Choose Auto Transfer.

4. Fill in the form
Enter your correct bank details and the amount you want to transfer.

5. Submit your request
Check your details and submit the transfer request.

6. Instant payment processing
Your payment will be processed instantly through Monnify.

7. Money sent to your bank
Once the transaction is successful, the money will be sent directly to your bank account.

Manual Transfer vs Auto Transfer

Important Information

• Make sure your bank account details are correct before submitting your request.

• Check the amount carefully before confirming the transfer.

• Auto Transfer is only available to eligible old and verified clients.

• Auto Transfer does not require you to contact Admin or WhatsApp.

• Auto Transfer payments are processed through Monnify.
